This was a real scoop for us as Simon Zutshi is well respected amongst  property investors and he was able to fit the interview just before the start of the his event Property Investors Network. Presenting at the event was Rick Otton who shed some light on new ways of investing in the current economic climate which looks likely to change the way we  invest in property forever !
